First, make it theirs.
Choose their favourite gifts, share a few clues for the surprises, and add your words for a handwritten card. Your box is a Christmas pre-order, with payment taken at checkout.
Need to change an address or card message? Email us before dispatch and we’ll check what is possible.
THE DATE TO CIRCLE
We start posting on
1 December 2026.
Parcels begin leaving us in the UK from this date. We’ll email you when your own box has been dispatched.
Not every box will leave on 1 December. This is the start of dispatch, not a promised arrival date.
NEXT STOP: THEIR DOORSTEP
Then comes the lovely part.
We aim for your box to arrive before 24 December 2026. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date; postal delays can affect arrival.
If it hasn’t arrived seven working days after dispatch, email us for help with a replacement or refund. If an agreed essential delivery date is missed, contact us straight away.
This is our seasonal delivery plan. Your dispatch email confirms when your individual parcel has left us.
