A little clarity, before Christmas

Delivery & returns

A Christmas pre-order

UK dispatch begins on 1 December 2026. This is a pre-order for December, with payment taken at checkout. By ordering, you agree to the December pre-order timetable below instead of delivery within 30 days of purchase.

We aim for arrival before 24 December 2026. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; delivery is when it reaches you. This is an estimated arrival window, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will email you when your box is dispatched and tell you if we become aware of a delay.

UK delivery is included in the displayed box price. We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please check the recipient name, address and postcode before payment. If something needs correcting afterwards, contact us promptly.

If your parcel is late

If it has not arrived seven working days after dispatch, contact us for a replacement or refund. Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You do not have to wait seven working days if an agreed essential delivery date has been missed.

Your delivery rights remain with us, even when a carrier causes a delay. If we refuse delivery or miss an agreed essential deadline, you may end the contract and receive a refund. Otherwise, you may set an appropriate extra delivery period and cancel if we still do not deliver within it.

Changing your mind

You may cancel before dispatch or within 14 days after the day you, or your nominated recipient, receive the box. No reason is needed. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts after the last part arrives.

Tell us clearly by email to support@littlechristmas.co.uk. Include your order number if you have it. You can use the cancellation form, but you do not have to. You do not need our permission before exercising your right to cancel.

Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us. For a cancellation of the whole box, return the selected and surprise gifts together. The included handwritten card does not remove your cancellation rights for the box.

You pay the direct return postage when you change your mind. Please use suitable packaging and keep proof of posting. Original packaging is helpful, but is not a condition of your statutory rights. We may deduct only a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you could in a shop.

Your refund

For a cancellation, we refund the amount you paid, including standard outbound delivery where charged, using the original payment method and without a refund fee. UK delivery is included in our box price; we do not deduct a separate outbound delivery charge.

We refund without undue delay. If the box has been sent, the deadline is 14 days after we receive it back or you provide evidence of posting it back, whichever happens first. If it has not been sent, the deadline is 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Missing, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number or another proof of purchase and explain what happened. Photos can help, but are not a condition of your legal rights. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. You normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods. After that, repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund may be available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights also apply to the surprise gifts; they do not disappear because the goods were bought in a promotion.

We do not require an unopened box, a warranty registration or acceptance of store credit instead of a refund you are entitled to. Please contact us before paying to return a faulty item so we can arrange an appropriate return method. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
