The little box has two designs picked by you and one surprise from us. The bigger box has three of your choices and two surprises. Choose from Christmas decorations, hair accessories and pet gifts. A design may be a single item, a pair or a set: its description tells you what that one selection includes. An optional handwritten card comes in addition to the gifts in your box.

Please do. Favourite colours, much-loved animals, stars, bows — we’re all ears. A star sign is optional, too. Clues help us choose; they don’t guarantee a particular item, colour or motif.

Use the “Anything to avoid” options and add any extra details in your note. Keep dislikes separate from your wish list so they are easy to spot. You can check both again on the review screen. These notes guide your surprise gifts; your selected designs stay as picked.

Check the item details for measurements wherever supplied, and look at both photographs when a second view is available. The description also explains what is included. Background props are not part of the selection unless stated. A pair counts as one selection when the description lists a pair.

Of course. Browse Pet accessories and Pet toys for a little something for your cat or dog. Pet hats and collars are decorative accessories for supervised wear. The item details show the supplier’s size label and any supplied weight guide; a weight range is not a neck measurement. Dog toy sets count as one choice for the whole set. Pet gifts only go into your surprise gifts if you opt in below.

You bring the words; we bring the pen. Add a message of up to 50 words at no extra charge. Pet names, thank-yous and dreadful festive puns are all welcome. Check spelling and add your sign-off: we handwrite the message as you enter it. Leave the option unticked if you don’t need a card.

Absolutely. Pick “For me”, choose your favourites and tell us what you like. Sending a gift instead? Pick “For someone else” and enter their delivery address. No subscription or automatic renewal — this is a one-off box.

All boxes dispatch from the UK, starting on 1 December 2026. We aim for arrival before 24 December. Dispatch means the parcel has left us; delivery means it has reached you. Arrival can be affected by postal delays.

Delivery is currently available to UK addresses only and is included in the box price.

If your UK parcel has not arrived seven working days after dispatch, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Working days here mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If an agreed essential delivery date has already been missed, contact us straight away — there is no need to wait seven working days.

The little box is regularly £19.95, with the first 10 paid small boxes at £16.95. The bigger box is regularly £29.95, with its separate £19.95 opening offer for the first 10 paid promotional boxes or the first seven days, whichever comes first. Both include UK delivery.
